How to reach me

Translated Page Copies is made and supported by me, Christian Ortiz, publishing as Christian Ortiz Studio. Email support@christianortiz.studio and the message comes straight to me. There’s no ticket queue to get lost in.

Before you write, the documentation may already have the answer, especially its FAQ, troubleshooting and manual steps sections. Several things, such as shared components, page titles and meta descriptions, can’t be reached by any plugin, and the report after each run says what to do by hand.

When you’ll hear back

I reply to every message within two business days (Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm US Pacific Time), and usually sooner. If you’ve paid and can’t activate your licence, put Licence in the subject line and I’ll look at it first.

Report a bug or a bad copy

Email me with as much of this as you can:

  • What you ran: which pages or collections, which languages, and which engine (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud Translation, or a CSV or XLIFF file).
  • What you expected on the copy, and what you got instead.
  • The run report: use Copy as Markdown and paste it into your email.
  • Any error message, word for word. Messages from a provider name the service and the status code.
  • Whether you use Framer in the browser (which one) or the desktop app.

Please never send me your API key or your licence key in full; the last four characters are enough. Please don’t send me your Framer project or an invite to it unless I ask and you’re happy to. A screenshot of the page and its copy is usually enough. I’ll confirm I can reproduce it, tell you what I’m doing about it, and let you know when a fix is released.

Translation quality itself comes from the provider and model you choose, or from whoever translated your file. I can help with how the plugin sends text and writes it back, and with the glossary, which keeps your brand terms as written.

Licence and purchase questions

  • Lost your key? It’s in the email from Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy’s order lookup can also send your purchases to you again.
  • Out of activations? A key works on up to 3 browsers or computers. Choose Deactivate on this browser in the plugin where the key is active now, then activate it on the new one. If you can’t reach that one anymore, email me with your order number and I’ll free it.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. To ask for one, email me with your order number, or reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt. The terms have the details.
  • Payment, receipts, invoices and sales tax are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for the licence.
  • Provider charges (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are billed by your provider, on your own account. I can’t see or refund them.

Report a security issue

If you’ve found a security problem, email me with Security in the subject line and include how to reproduce it. Please don’t post it publicly until it’s fixed. I acknowledge security reports within two business days.

Request a feature

I’d like to hear it. Tell me what you’re trying to do and where the plugin gets in the way; the most useful requests describe the job, not just the button. I read every one, and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s likely to be built.

Your data

The plugin keeps nothing on any server of mine; I don’t run one for it.

  • Your provider keys, licence key, preferences and last run report are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device. Remove key in Engine settings clears a key, Deactivate on this browser clears the licence, and clearing your browser’s site data removes all of them.
  • Your languages, glossary, settings and the small markers on copies are stored in your Framer project, where collaborators can see them. Forget translation history in Help clears the markers; deleting the project removes everything.
  • Your purchase record is kept by Lemon Squeezy, and I can see it as the seller. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, email me with Data request in the subject. I’ll reply within two business days.
  • Support emails you send me are kept as long as needed to help you, and deleted on request.

The privacy policy has every detail.
