Privacy policy
What christianortiz.studio collects, how payments for my products are handled by Stripe, Lemon Squeezy and the app marketplaces, and where each product's own privacy policy is.

In short
- This website has no analytics, no tracking, no ads and no cookies of mine.
- If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is kept by Kit, the newsletter service, so I can send it to you.
- When you buy something, the payment is handled by Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Atlassian, Shopify or Apple. I never see or store your full card number.
- Each product has its own privacy policy, linked below, that says exactly what it does with your data.
Who this policy covers
This policy is from me, Christian Ortiz, an individual publishing as Christian Ortiz Studio. It covers the website christianortiz.studio, the emails you send me, and the payment side of every product I sell. What each product does with your data while you use it is in that product’s own policy.

This website
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes your IP address and the details of each request (the page, your browser) to serve the page and protect the site, under Netlify’s privacy policy. I don’t use those logs to identify or follow anyone.
- No analytics or cookies. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address goes to Kit (kit.com), which stores it and sends the newsletter for me, under Kit’s privacy policy. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to delete your address at any time.
- Email. If you write to me, I keep your message as long as I need it to help you, and delete it on request.

For ChatTitleAI and Scout, I’m the seller. Stripe collects your card details in Stripe Checkout and keeps them; I can see your name, email address, the plan or pack you bought, your payment history and the last four digits and expiry of your card, which I use to run your purchase, answer billing questions and meet tax and accounting rules.
For Frame to Component, Lemon Squeezy is the seller. I can see your order: your name, email address, country, what you bought and your license key’s activations. I use them only to support your purchase.
For the marketplace apps, Atlassian, Shopify and Apple take the payment. I see only what they share with app publishers, such as which site or store has a paid plan, never your card details.
I keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and don’t sell or share them with anyone else.

Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it. Email support@christianortiz.studio with Data request in the subject, and I’ll reply within two business days. Records I must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the time the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
