Terms of use
Steadfast Gantt Planner is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace end-user agreement. These are the provider-specific terms that go with it.

The agreement
Your use of Steadfast Gantt Planner (“the app”), a Confluence Cloud app that adds editable Gantt charts to Confluence Cloud pages, is governed by the standard Atlassian Marketplace end-user agreement (the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, version 1.0). It’s an agreement between your organization (“you”) and me, Christian Ortiz, an individual publishing as Christian Ortiz Studio (“I”, “me”), as the app’s provider.
What follows are the Provider-Specific Terms that agreement refers to. The same terms are on the app’s Atlassian Marketplace listing. They add to the standard agreement; they don’t replace it.
Buying, renewing, invoices and refunds go through Atlassian, under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use between you and Atlassian.
Provider and notices
The provider is Christian Ortiz, publishing as Christian Ortiz Studio. Send notices under the agreement, and any questions about these terms, to support@christianortiz.studio.
Support policy
Support is described on the app’s support page:
- Email support@christianortiz.studio. Every message comes straight to me.
- I reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm US Pacific Time), and usually sooner. Messages marked Urgent for site-wide outages or suspected data loss come first.
- There’s no separate service level agreement: I don’t commit to an uptime figure. The app runs on Atlassian’s platform, so its availability also depends on Atlassian’s services, which I don’t control.
Data protection
The data processing agreement is the Data Protection Addendum for the app. The privacy policy describes exactly what the app stores, where, and for how long.
Security measures
The security measures for the app are the ones in the Security section of the privacy policy. Report security issues to support@christianortiz.studio with Security in the subject line.
Your plans and backups
Charts are kept in the app’s storage on your Confluence site, not in the page body. The app saves every change, keeps unsaved edits on the editor’s device when a save fails, and keeps the last 20 versions of each chart, but you’re responsible for the plans your team builds and for checking them before you rely on them. For a copy you hold yourself, use Import/Export to download a chart as JSON.
Removing the macro or the page doesn’t delete a chart’s stored data, and uninstalling the app deletes all of it after Atlassian’s retention period, as the privacy policy explains. Download any chart you want to keep before uninstalling.
If I stop offering the app
If I ever stop offering the app, I’ll give at least 60 days’ notice and keep it working for paying customers until the end of their paid period, so you have time to download your charts.
Governing law
These terms don’t change the governing law or venue. The standard agreement’s own provisions apply.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I’ll update the date at the top of this page and on the Marketplace listing, and give notice in the app’s release notes or listing before the change takes effect. A change won’t reduce what I’ve committed to during a period you’ve already paid for.
