Terms of use
Safe Tree Copier is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace end-user agreement. These are the provider-specific terms that go with it.

The agreement
Your use of Safe Tree Copier (“the app”), a Confluence Cloud app that copies Confluence Cloud page trees, with their attachments and labels, between spaces on the same site, is governed by the standard Atlassian Marketplace end-user agreement (the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, version 1.0). It’s an agreement between your organization (“you”) and me, Christian Ortiz, an individual publishing as Christian Ortiz Studio (“I”, “me”), as the app’s provider.
What follows are the Provider-Specific Terms that agreement refers to. The same terms are on the app’s Atlassian Marketplace listing. They add to the standard agreement; they don’t replace it.
Buying, renewing, invoices and refunds go through Atlassian, under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use between you and Atlassian.
Provider and notices
The provider is Christian Ortiz, publishing as Christian Ortiz Studio. Send notices under the agreement, and any questions about these terms, to support@christianortiz.studio.
Support policy
Support is described on the app’s support page:
- Email support@christianortiz.studio. Every message comes straight to me.
- I reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm US Pacific Time), and usually sooner. Messages marked Urgent for site-wide outages or suspected data loss come first.
- There’s no separate service level agreement: I don’t commit to an uptime figure. The app runs on Atlassian’s platform, so its availability also depends on Atlassian’s services, which I don’t control.
Data protection
The data processing agreement is the Data Protection Addendum for the app. The privacy policy describes exactly what the app stores, where, and for how long.
Security measures
The security measures for the app are the ones in the Security section of the privacy policy. Report security issues to support@christianortiz.studio with Security in the subject line.
Copies you confirm
The app writes to your Confluence site: it creates pages and, when you choose that option, adds new versions to existing pages. Every copy is shown to you as a plan first, and you’re responsible for reviewing the plan and the destination before you confirm, and for the schedules you set on saved jobs, which run on behalf of the job’s owner.
The app is designed never to delete or trash content and never to change permissions. Updating an existing page adds a new version, so earlier versions stay in that page’s history. Check the attachment report after each copy before relying on it.
If I stop offering the app
If I ever stop offering the app, I’ll give at least 60 days’ notice and keep it working for paying customers until the end of their paid period.
Governing law
These terms don’t change the governing law or venue. The standard agreement’s own provisions apply.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I’ll update the date at the top of this page and on the Marketplace listing, and give notice in the app’s release notes or listing before the change takes effect. A change won’t reduce what I’ve committed to during a period you’ve already paid for.
